Military personnel that will board military aircraft shall be in complete uniform;
All passengers must be in the Base Operations Area for at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled flight to ensure that all passengers are properly identified, processed and undergo proper security procedures and inspection;
For initial processing, all passengers are required to present their valid ID for proper identification. No valid ID, no flight accommodation;
All military personnel shall secure a copy and endorsed to the duty dispatcher of their mission order and military ID; and
All passengers shall be reminded that the active airport ramp or designated helipad/landing zone is a “hats off areas”.
DON’Ts
Do not bring the following:
Flammables and explosive materials;
Subversive materials and propaganda items against the Philippine Government;
Election materials for political purpose and for use of private individuals;
Toxic chemical and prohibited/harmful drugs;
Birds and animals unless authorized by competent authority (with secured quarantine permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry);
Plants/Seedlings/Fruits (when there is a possibility of pest infestation) and logs/woods from dipterocarp species (declared illegal by DENR);
Unauthorized firearms and dangerous weapons that may be endanger lives and creature undue inconvenience to other passengers; and
Smuggled goods or any item in commercial qualities not intended for official use.
